We strive to accommodate your  every need. All orders placed by 5 pm (PST) will be shipped within 24 hours. Please note that some orders may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking # once the item ships. All orders are subject to credit approval.

United States Orders

Free 4 -8 day standard shipping is offered to all continental United States orders. Orders for express deliveries are available for $19.99 expedited shipping fee.  

International Orders

All International orders shipping rates are calculated based on weight and courier fees. This will be confirmed based on your address at the time of check out. If you require special shipping and handling, please contact us directly before placing orders.

All custom, duties and tax fees on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We welcome any unused, undamaged and unwashed garments.

Fill in the online Return and Exchange Form on the site. Our customer service team will approve your return request within 24 hrs.  Please print and include the Return Authorization Number (RMA #) assigned to you in the return package.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

*All exchanges are subject to availability. 

**All return/exchange freight fees are the responsibility of the customer. Ethár is not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.
